Kimi Räikkönen and Pavel Turek, a TV NOVA commentator, had a talk at the Grand Prix of Monaco. Yes, Pavel Turek thanks to his activities in TV NOVA has the latest news, knows a number of drivers and his access is unrestricted. A website promoted twice a month, during a race, on any TV will always enjoy huge popularity.
Our project Climber of the Year in F1 not only was the first one in the CR, but also in the world. The poll has been on the internet www.constructorsf1.com since 2004, but, without paying for it, no one is willing to give it any kind of support in the CR, and I keep asking why?! Anyone at least basically patriotic should give support to the Czech projects, shouldn't he?
When, at the press conference on the launch of www.constructorsf1.com, one of the journalists asked with envy how I could have been so bold as to do something like that, I replied, that if he is jealous about the project, he is free to leave the room, but he rather remained sitting.
Driving Mr Pechacek home he told me: ''It was good. You know the Czech envy'' and obviously, nothing has changed since then. If I were in the TV NOVA studio I would give support to Czech projects as a colleague and professional, not putting forward only what is MINE!
We are trying to negotiate also with other TVs but when there is no TV support in the CR, it is so much harder in the world.
